The Sophie Conran white teapot arrived well-packed, in perfect condition, and was exactly what we ordered. We had a blue one but broke it by doing a gravity check with it. Blue was not available, so we got white.The white is still beautiful and it does work well with our kitchen decor. I think it's the kind of white that would work with any decor. We're very happy with it. If we were to do a gravity check with this one, we'd definitely order another. Perfect size, handle, spout, color, weight, everything just works. Before we ordered it, we had some interaction with the customer support. We needed more info on the usable volume, and customer support answered our questions helpfully. Their answers are why we bought this teapot.
