Q: if one of the LEDs doesn't work. how do we replace them if it's non removable.

A: Hi - this design uses replaceable LED bulbs. It comes with three replaceable LED candelabra base G-type bulbs. You can find replacements at any home supply or hardware store. Thank you for the question.

Looked great as soon as we got it out of the box and set up. I worked perfectly for half a day and then the first light quit. I adjusted the shade and it came back on but shortly after that it went out again. I turned it on for a short time the next day and all lights worked. I haven't used it for 4 days.
