This is my 3rd Beats headphone for working out, having used the original Powerbeats Pros and the Beat Fit Pro. The first Pros had a large case that was unwieldy; this has been improved and is smaller now. Sound sounds similar, but now has noise control (great for my rumble treadmill). So far charging is consistently good and the headphones disconnect when they should (these were shortcomings of the original Pros). Comfort is good; many ear tip sizes to choose from. These are more comfortable than the Fit Pros though the fit is slightly looser. I think as long as the charging and disconnection keeps working, these will be my new favorite headphones.

Cheap material, wont charge if ear hook is sligjtly moved.
I’ve had many pairs of beats, from different model versions all seem incompetent. These earbuds are an issue because they won’t charge if the ear hook is slightly bent. In addition, the case is very light and fragile. For the price you’d pay for this you’d expect them to be superior to other brands for a lower price.

Downgrade from the original powerbeats
Giving these 1 star because for the price, they're awful. I used powerbeats for years and thought they were great aside from the charging and connectivity issues that occurred very early on in use, but they eventually completely stopped working. I thought the powerbeats 2 would be a big upgrade so I bought them. The sound quality is pretty awful and some higher pitched treble noises are legitimately ear piercing. I primarily listen to EDM, so maybe other genres would sound better, but I played around with different sound modes and ear tips and nothing fixed it. They also didn't fit well in my ear and I constantly had to adjust them, but because basically the entire ear bud is the pause button, I ended up pausing my music or activating siri. I ended up returning them and buying a $70 pair of earbuds from amazon, which sound 100x better and have all the same sound features as these (noise cancelling/transparency, etc) and I'm shocked at how great they are.

I bought these after seeing all the negative reviews like how bad can it be? They were right. I’m a woman and I’ve tried every ear tip size and did the test fit. They still somehow slip out of my ear. The portion that’s supposed to sit in your outer ear is very large, and it takes a mirror and a lot of pulling my ear to get a decent fit. Obviously no other sound cancellation is going to beat out a***e a*r p**s but it could be a lot better. One somehow fell out of my ear when I was running on the treadmill.. yes I had the wing over my ear too. Still deciding if I want to return.

Headphone are decent, doesn’t noise cancel very well and the sound detention screens for the headphones come off easily. Apple care didn’t replace them and wanted 200 dollars just for a new pair that works physically fine with at only need screens. Not worth the headache

Love these!
I’ve had two different sets of the original Powerbeats and didn’t really want to upgrade but it was time. I love these! They easily connect between my phone and computer, no complaints from the other end of the line. I wear my headphones 5-8 hours a day and there’s no pain. Only have to charge every few days. The fit makes them noise canceling than my studio pros. Great sound and fit well.

Faulty headphones that keep breaking
These headphones are good when they work. I bought a two year warranty plan through Allstate. I had to file two claims for the same issue of charging and one of the headphones being dead. They sent it back and it would work and then the same issue would occur. Now the same issue has occurred and Allstate refused to cover it because it exceed the amount. I contact the manufacturer and they were not help because I didn't buy apple care. So yeah I don't recommend.

The sound dropped in one ear I've only had them for 36 days. I'm so upset such a waste of money. They suck so bad.

Go with the older Beats models.

They worked fine in the beginning. They started dropping the connection . And there’s a lot of static at times . The old version worked better. Unfortunately it’s too late for me to return them.

Sound blew me out of the water!
Powerbeats Pro 2 have the best sound. I have tried other brands and these blow them out of the water. I love the fit is comfortable and the charge is quick.

Impressed with improvements from other version
I have the older version and love them for yard work and working out. They sound great they are so comfortable to wear for hours. During some activities I have a real appreciation for the buttons on the bud. The new version was discounted and I couldn’t help myself - really bc of the slimmer design. But somehow, they sound so much better. Feel so much lighter. I’ll still use the others but I don’t know it was possible to improve them so much! The additional heart rate features will be fun to check out also. I have apple devices so they connect and remember easily. Did I mention how they sound- incredible!
