Premium Cotton Rounds - up&up™

I used to buy these because they were AMAZING. They must have changed manufacturers because they are not at all the same as pictured or the same they used to be. They are flimsy and thin now. They feel like really cheap ones, but before they were super thick. They also do not match the picture. I have some of my old ones that do match the photo, so I will provide photos of both.

These went from my go-to cotton rounds to almost impossible to use. These used to be soft, thick, smooth, fluffy, but also sturdy. They have been redesigned with quilting, thinner and lower quality cotton. The quilting pushes through the smooth side and makes it almost impossible to use for nail polish removal. The qulited side pulls easily and leaves cotton pulled out. Super disappointing to see such a downgrade of quality when the price has increased.

These are marketed as “premium” and they are anything but. I use them with makeup remover on my face, and they leave so much lint and fuzz behind. I will never buy the “premium” again!

I have bought these for years and they’ve always been nice and soft but they changed recently and are really scratchy and terrible for your face. Such a bummer because I used them for toner. Only reccomend if using for nails.

Comparing this premium round to the Ulta brand premium round, it seems to fall apart easier, especially when wet. I would go with the Ulta brand.

Amazing! I love these

These cotton rounds have little plastic pieces in them they scratch your face. They may work well for nail polish and other things, but are not good for your face.

These cotton rounds used to be a staple for me and part of my everyday routine, but I am so disappointed in the change of quality recently. With my most recent purchase I had to specifically look to make sure I bought the premium instead of the regular version. Then I saw many other reviews agreeing with how awful the quality has become. They truly will fall apart on you during use! I will not be repurchasing and now have to hunt for a similar product that will actually be useful.

As others have mentioned, the quality has changed. These used to be thick and hold their shape. They have changed and now they fall apart and are really thin.

I’ve been using these for years and like many others have noticed a decline in quality. Incredibly rough and have messed up my skin. I first started to noticed dry patches everywhere. This next part is no doubt tmi but may be helpful to some. When I get a pimple that’s ready to go, rather than pop it I’ll soak a pad in warm water, hold it over the spot for a bit and then gently remove. Attaching a photo of what happened when I did that the other day with a very small single pimple. The pad was so rough it kind of tore up my skin into a big red patch. I was so surprised my jaw dropped! It’s going to take a long time to heal. Will never use these again!

These are poor quality now. They fall apart and have many that aren’t cut correctly. Will miss the old ones.

The fall apart really fast

These pads used to be the best. They changed the quantity in the last month or so. Highly do not recommend.

They aren’t as strong/durable as other cotton pads I’ve used. However they get the job done and are still good quality overall. Perfect to use for removing makeup with micellar water, taking off nail polish, or applying toner.

I used to love these cotton rounds but the quality of has significantly deteriorated. I always buy the "premium" ones because the "regular" ones would leave linty residue behind. These used to have a nice thick woven side that left zero lint behind. Now, they are not as good. The woven side is thin and breaks down quickly leaving lint on your skin and nails. Sadly, these are not much better than the cheaper ones.

These have gone down in quality when they changed the pattern on it. Tend to fall apart a lot easier and are no longer “premium” quality nor worth the price.

I’ve been buying these Premium Cotton Rounds for years but the most recent batch is definitely different in quality. They are not as soft and are stiff.

Good product and bulk savings

I use this regularly, I’m still hoping that they improve the quality. While cleansing my face something on this pad scratched my skin, and I found a piece of tiny plastic. That’s hurt.
