10 inutes into first ride the brake pad ripped and came off. After numerous e mails to Joystar they proceed to tell me that they cannot help me fix the problem ,(all I wanted was a new brake pad) because it was ordered through Target. Frustrating experience! Plus as a team member of Target I was told I cannot get my 10% discount on this item even though it is Target online.
