Lovely fireplace!

We built a new fireplace wall and wanted a quality fireplace surround. I am very happy with my choice of this fireplace insert. It provides a great lighting option for both flames and coals. It also gives off just the right amount of heat.

love my fireplace I just wish it was easier to put the crystals in and that they would stay put, they kept falling out so I didn't get to put the crystals in I wish I had bought the next size up because the stud placement on my wall is a little off with the fireplace but if I had the next size up it would be perfect but I still love it

Looks great, price is right

I have two fireplace/TV centers with this set, one 60" and one 72". The fireplace was easy to install and functions as expected. I don't usually use the remote because it is so easy to turn on and change the color of the screen. I haven't needed to use the heater since I live in SW Florida, but these units are worth the money. I would definitely purchase again.

Satisfying electric fireplace ambience

Installed a fireplace in the sun room. The visual effect is not good when the outdoor light is strong. It is OK for night use. It creates a good atmosphere and the price is reasonable.

Perfect for my living room

absolutely love this fireplace. It arrived in perfect condition and installation and setup were easy. I love that you can change all the colors of the flames and set different brightness levels. The touch controls on the front panel are a nice touch. I also like the various mounting options they offer. I wish there was a mobile app that I could connect to my phone so I could control it wirelessly instead of using a remote. The fan motor is a little too loud for my liking, but the sound of the TV drowns it out.

Ambience and warmth

finished my basement last year and have been having heating issues. I stumbled across this one while searching online for baseboard heaters. I had only seen or heard of electric fireplaces a few weeks ago, but I'm so glad I did. It provides the soothing ambiance of an open fireplace without all the associated "accessories" (fuel, chimney, fireproofing, vents, etc.), and heats just as well as baseboards. I bought the 60", just be aware that it's a bit large. In our basement, it fits perfectly given the size/layout of the room, but be sure to imagine how big 60" will be in your space.

Nice fireplace but the instruction manual is almost worthles

60", flush mount. The fireplace looks great but we didn't expect it to fit. The so called instructions were very vague and the print was too small. We had a hard time getting the glass out. Finally had to unscrew the bracket on one side. We have remodeled a dozen homes and are very knowledgeable about tools, manufacturing, materials, etc. The instructions were terrible. The shipment was fast and in perfect condition. And it looks really great.
