Q: How long does this take to "puff" up? We've had it sitting out for over a day and is still mostly flat.

  • A: I’ve use a blow dryer for hours trying to get pieces puffed up because that’s the only thing Costway customer service will do. Target has been helpful but I think my only option at this point is to return it (they said they’d take it back without original packaging because you physically can’t repackage it) and find a different brand who doesn’t try to filter out anything less than a 5-star review.

If you purchase only do it if its on sale.

If I would’ve purchased this at full price I would’ve been pretty furious. It doesn’t inflate all the way. We’ve had ours now for a couple weeks and it still never fluffed up all the way. It looks like we’ve had it for years meanwhile it’s only been used a few times. It’s cute and great that the covers of the foam can be taken off and washed. But for the price they sell this for you at minimum expect the foam to inflate all the way.

Low quality, high disappointment

Even after 5+ days of being out, the foam still won’t take shape in most of the pieces, it feels like it was packed too tight and the foam is permanently damaged. Guess I should have just splurged for the second nugget as we’ve never had issues with that foam.

Just okay

We were gifted this couch for Christmas and were disappointed upon opening. It was vacuum sealed. I let the foam pieces sit overnight and washed the covers. Parts of the foam never expanded so some ends are flat and there isn't much of a back to the couch. The kids enjoy it and still are excited, but a little bummed that the foam didn't fully expand. It also says that you have to return in original packaging so basically unless you have a sealer to vacuum seal it, then you can't return?
