Looks ok but not going to warm you up

I wanted to enjoy the look & heat of a fire without all the chopping & smoke. While this does look nice, this doesn’t heat the room much at all. We will have to return.

Great product, highly recommend it. Has a great color to it.

It is wonderful, had an older one and this is a great improvement over the last one. The color setting, the sound are very nice. The heat is really good. We only use it to get the chill out of the air in the evening in our TV room, fireplace. I highly enjoy this, and all of our friends love the way it looks in the fireplace.

I have a fire brick lined, wood burning fireplace, but at 69 years of age didn't want to burn wood with the ash mess. Not to mention cutting & splitting wood. I placed my fire log on 4 bricks to raise it level with the opening of my firebox. It gives off adequate heat in my family room & I love the various choices of "fire" brightness & color. I'm hard of hearing, so I wouldn't know if the fire was "crackling" or not. Those who want can purchase a separate "fire crackler."

Best purchase ever

I think the set up is lovely and perfect. This insert heats around 600 sqft completely within about 1 hour. It is also cool to the touch. It gets so hot we start to sweat. It makes it's own fire sound without having to buy a separate fire sound box. I simply love it!
