I would not purchase this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst quality Straightener I have ever used unfortunately. The tool itself is poorly made and did not straighten my hair well at all. The tool is made with cheap materials and did not heat up well

Great for bangs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from influenced and exchange for my honest review. I was skeptical about this flat iron because I have natural hair type 4C and it is very coily.. It didn’t take too long for the flat iron to warm up once plugged in. it took about 2 to 3 tries, but I managed to form at least a small curl from the flat iron. It was still a little but all in all not too bad.

Perfect for Layered Hair

With my hair being shorter using a .5 inch iron works so much better when straightening the hair around my face. It gets to the desired temperature quickly and leaves my hair looking flawless without all of these flyaways thanks to the antistatic feature.

Great Straightener
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to do something different with my hair, so my Remington flat on was right on time. I plugged it up and was immediately impressed at how quickly it heated up. I don't put a lot of heat on my hair so I did not put it on the highest settings. The flat iron was still a good temperature. My hair is curly, so I figured it would take many passes to get it how I wanted it. Shockingly it did not. Three passes and it was perfect. I would have been OK with two but I wanted it to last longer. have used the flat iron on other occasions, and have had no problems with it.

The sleek design makes it easy for travel. It's lightweight and easy to use. It does take a little more time to heat up than my other flat iron. I can say that the claim that it has an anti static feature is accurate as my hair did not have any static when l pulled on my hoodie. It took a bit longer to straighten my hair than normal due to the width of the heating plate. It was no wider than my thumb. Overall, it did what it was supposed to do.

Amazing heat settings!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that the heating settings go to 450! My hair is thick so 450 is ideal to maintain my hair all day. The flat iron heats up in about 30 seconds. It’s a skinny flat iron more ideal for shorter hair, so it take a WHILE for me to do my hair. Other than that, it works well!

I would never straighten my entire head of hair with it, but it’s really worked well in front pieces of my hair and if I needed a curl here or there. This would be great for bangs.
