Great massager
This is a fantastic product! I work in an office and stare at a computer screen which often strains my neck. This massager with heat works wonders! I just use it while i am sitting on the couch reading or watching television. The heat isnt too hot and the controls are easy to use while sitting with it on your head.

No Shipping Box, Product Box Damaged with Exposure
I’ve been using this Nekteck model for years and got another one as a Valentines gift. It said shipped by 2/7 — it delayed to 2/17 after purchasing & shipping label was created under UPS Ground Saver. Luckily, it arrived to my post office on the 12th so I just went to pick it up myself. Make sure to order ahead & add in extra days for shipping eta. Then, I see the product without a shipping box which left the product box damaged. This is for a gift and it’s concerning if it’ll work since it was exposed to various collisions (ripped corner exposed product inside).… I’m just hoping the device has no issue and avoid the replacement hassle.

Great
I am a huge fan of this neck and back massager. The message it gives really feels lovely and relaxing. The heat feature is the extra bit that really sets it over the edge. My only complaint is that it's not chargeable and has to be plugged in to use.

Effective neck massager
The nektech massager works great with its 3 speeds to select and effects of the heating element. I would prefer the controls as a handheld to view changing speed etc. works great on neck and back areas.

Wow
This is amazing. Everyone in my family is fighting over it. It truly provides a nice massage.It can be used with or without heat. It is a bit chunky, but the handles on it make it easy to hold. It can readily be adjusted to different parts of the body.

This is well made and very durable. I i slept funny and my neck was hurting for a few days. i got this and used it for a half hour. the next day my neck was good. Didn't hurt when using. Would make a great gift for someone.

Relaxing massager
I really enjoy this massager but I was spectacle at first. It looked bulky to me. Then I tried it and it’s amazing. It’s powerful and effective and the heat feature is an extra bonus. It’s very simple to use and it feels amazing!

Neck and back massager
I received these products for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. This machine works pretty well. You have to find the right combination that works for you, the right pressure and placement. It's annoying that the device can't save the pressure settings that you like, so you have to reset it each time you use it. I think it would be better if it were cordless, but otherwise it's lovely! Has good pressure and is easy to use! Very relaxing!

Pretty nifty
This could not have arrived at a better time. My husband’s back was causing him pain and discomfort and then my shoulder started to develop a knot. I was a skeptical but it really did give relief! The design is comfortable, is easy to use, and the heat element really helps. I do wish that the cord was longer.

The best closest thing to a real massage
So goood! Feels like a legitimate hand massage especially when used on the neck. It “found” a knot in my shoulder that I wasn’t aware of. This also works well on my back, and could be used just about anywhere on the body. Theres no pressure setting but it’s great as is. When I want more pressure I can just pull it tighter to my body with the arm straps. Bananas included for size reference. It’s a hefty device. The heat setting is the cherry on top!

Buyer Beware!
The package arrived in terrible condition because it was shipped in the original product packing without a protective box. It’s missing the cord to plug it in as well as the instructions. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but now I have to go out and find a new one. Don’t buy from third party sellers on Target’s website!

Relaxing and easy to use
This is nice for the days when you are sore, tired and just need a little self care. It fits nicely on my shoulders and does a good job relaxing me, and is much more effective than I expected, honestly. Really gets into my neck. Bulky to store and I wish it was rechargeable versus needing to be plugged in. Overall, I like it and use it and would recommend.

Cure all
This has been the best little heat massager I have ever had been able to use for my back pain and the best part is that it works on more than just my back. I had a sciatic nerve bother me and it also was able to help get rid of that pain. Then my fiancé had a neck injury that he needed to kind of work out and he used it for his so it seems that this is a one cure all.

Where has this been all my life?
I have to admit, this is a product that you might have never known you needed until you try it. At first glance it seems a little cumbersome, but once you put your arm through the loops you can easily adjust it to exactly where you want to target. Not only can you taylor it to the massage that you prefer, the heat makes it even better. Add to that there's an adapter to use it in the car, it's perfect! Auto shutoff is also a great feature.

Massager
Overall I thought this was an effective massager. The kneading was surprisingly strong but not painful. I really enjoyed having the heat setting as well. The only thing I didn’t love was the shoulder strap thing, it was some times challenging to keep the massager in place.

Works so well
This shiatsu neck massager is amazing! It's excellent quality and feels very sturdy and well made. It's simple and easy to use. You charge it and place it around your neck and choose the setting that works for you. It feels comfortable to wear and the hand holders makes it very easy to keep it around my neck. It massages so well. It helps to relax my muscles and ease any muscle aches.

The heating feature is the best!
This massager packs more punch than I thought. It’s the perfect amount of pressure and if you add the heat feature to the mix? You have a great, little at-home massage. I received this not expecting much out of it, but I am thoroughly surprised at how well it works. This will definitely tide me over until my real massage next month.
