Calm

I've struggled with anxiety, mood swings and sleep. Since adding Ashwagandha and a quality magnesium glycinate to my daily regime my quality of sleep has improved tremendously. I wake more refreshed and my mood swings and anxiety seem to be less and less. I have more clarity throughout the day. Thank you

Loving it so far

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have anxiety and didn’t like the side effects of the prescription medication I was taking. Under The guidance of my doctor, She recommended this product as an alternative to help relieve some of my anxiety symptoms . I feel like it has really worked for me! I love further food ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this ashwaganda for about 2 weeks and it has improved my mood so much and noticeably reduced my stress levels.
