Q: How do I get the wrinkles/creases out? It came folded and has terrible creases!

  • A: Creases are a common and usually temporary issue with rugs shipped folded due to their size. To remove them: reverse roll, lay flat in a warm room (use weights if needed), or place the rug in direct sunlight.. Crease disappearance time varies. If creases remain after 1-2 weeks, contact customer support.

    Love the rug, hated the delivery

    I love this rug but I hate the way it was delivered. It was folded up weird and wasn’t rolled up like a rug should be. Now I have to deal with getting all these creases out

    Oregon rug - poor quality, colors don't match pics

    I ordered the "Gray" version of the Oregon rug. Photos look like it's mostly ivory and dark charcoal colors. Instead, it's a lighter cream, medium blue, and light grays. Much more pale and underwhelming pattern. The quality is horrid. The sides are all mis-shaped, with one side bowed and the other angled. The woven backer is not sturdy and the carpet fibers feel cheap and plastic-y. I'm completely underwhelmed and this doesn't meet the mark in any way so it's getting returned.

    Very disappointed in the rug. Can not get it to lay flat. II'll give it a little more time to relax from packaging but I don't think it will lay flat. It's a real hazard the way it's curled up. Very poor quaility.

    One of my favorite rugs

    This rug is excellent. The colors and print are precisely like the pictures online. The rug easily laid flat and only required a little time and weighed down corners to get it to lay flat. I also love the quality of this rug for the price.

    Shopping for rugs online is extremely daunting - lots of options, lots of pile and design characteristics. With the great price options, I took a chance with this Oregon rug off rugs.com and I am thoroughly impressed!! Highly recommend. I am on the fence about a rug pad underneath but for being under the dining room table, I don’t know that we’d need to have too thick of a pile anyway. The value for the rug is on point! Highly recommend!

    i was super nervous about ordering a rug offline that i’ve never seen in person and also this is my first time ordering off this site. im absolutely in love with it!! it took 2 days to flatten out completely and it’s super soft! this rug is exactly what i was looking for!! i bought a non slip rug pad too and this rug DOES NOT move!!! i will order all the rest of my rugs from here, i’ve recommended this site to so many ppl!     Thus far, I am pleased

    After ordering, all my items arrived in a timely fashion and in good order. With my decor, and was in process of building my coffee table, I wasn’t sure about color, design, and durability. I researched countless rugs to come to this design and relied on the reviews. Glad I did. For the price point, it worked out exceptionally well. My rug picks up the color of my sofa, all the accoutrements of my space and lastly, my custom coffee table.

    Beautiful!

    I bought this rug and runner to brighten room (dark floors). It laid flat in just a few days and the quality was excellent. The colors are elegant and the rug is so soft. I like it so much I bought one more for my dining room table. Highly recommend!
