Stopped working within one month. Cordless design was convenient. Coffee from beginning was "okay" at best, certainly not what I expected from percolated coffee. Just stopped brewing, wouldn't percolate the water up over the coffee grounds to make coffee. Returned for refund and on the look for a percolater that actually works.

Not stainless as stated as it's rusting.
I bought this because of it saying it's stainless steel. I absolutely loved it until the rusting in the bottom started. Very deceptive marketing. Now I'm looking for another coffee maker. So disappointed.

This looks to be an accumulation of coffee grounds, oils and simply staining. To keep your coffee maker functioning properly, periodically remove oil, stains, and any sediment from the inside of the coffee maker. To clean, add water up to the 12 mark. Then prepare the coffee maker as you would for making a full pot of coffee, expect add 3 tablespoons of dry automatic dishwashing detergent to the basket in place of the coffee and do not use a disposable filter. Once the signal light illuminates, allow the coffee maker to remain plugged in for 15 to 20 minutes. Unplug the coffee maker, pour out the cleaning solution and then rinse the inside of the coffee maker and the parts with running water. Fill the coffee maker with fresh water up to the 12 mark and perk again. Pour out the water and thoroughly rinse the inside of the coffee maker and the parts. Depending on the severity of the staining, it may be necessary to repeat this cleaning procedure. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team if this does not resolve this issue. Had a stainless steel percolator for 10plus years until it stopped working and I was ready for a new one. I did all kinds of shopping for coffee makers. I looked at drip coffee, espresso machines,...you name it but I came back to what I know works and what I love. Very happy with my purchase!!

What's Not to Like?!!!
I bought this coffee pot a year ago and it has absolutely changed the game. I grind my own coffee and I grind it coarse, and it works just fine...no filters and the flavor is stupendous!!! It is stainless steel throughout and unlike the nasty, bitter tasting drip coffee pots, you can clean every part of this percolator... hands down the best coffee pot I have ever purchased.

Needs a view window
We have two of these.....one at home, one at a vacation home. Love the ease of use/cleaning. Makes a good batch of coffee. I wish there was a clear viewing window up the side of the pot so you can monitor how much coffee is left in the pot.

Aluminum Parts!
The perk well at the bottom is aluminum and will wipe up black grime on your paper towel without end! I opted for a percolator as a healthier alternative to mostly plastic drip machines. Very disappointing and misleading! Switched to a 100% fully stainless steel over the furnace type and coffee gets VERY, VERY hot! No need for aluminum parts to make the coffee hotter - as mentioned in a previous response over the same concern. What a way to cut corners on your product!

Made great coffee for about a year. Then it died - disappointing. We went back to percolating our coffee on the stove.

Dissappoinred
Bought the black a little over a month ago - washed the outside with damp cloth and dry. Insides looks like new. Noticed today flecks of the black coming off. Makes great coffee, loved it and talked it up to everyone. So disappointed . Hope my friends didn’t purchase.

Aluminum parts
I thought this coffee pot was great, until I learned that the well and the nut at the bottom are aluminum! So, what I thought was a “stainless steel@ coffee pot is not exactly. The water definitely comes in contact with aluminum! The description doesn’t tell you that.. you have to call and ask. Ask. But when the well discolored after a few uses, I was suspicious. Sure enough! Aluminum!

Great tasting
Makes great hot coffee. It is easy to clean. I gave it 4 stars because I wish it came with a reusable filter. I did find one online. I would recommend it because I like the interior stainless steel and nice outside design.
