    Why change what's not broke?

    The old formula was great. Used it for years. This new stuff, garbage. I'm moving on to a different face wash. Good luck Nivea.

    Facial wash

    Bring back the old version. The new one is more like a gel more slimy it does not clean as well. The old version you can tell you washed your face with it. The new one doesn’t feel like you washed your face. More like a slimy face. Out with the New and in with the old. Sometimes the old is better than the new. It’s like Mercedes-Benz they don’t make them like they used to. Still beautiful, but not the same.

    Disappointed in the new formula

    I have used this product for decades. I recently ordered this product to replenish the stock I keep on hand. I appreciate the way my face feels after use and I love the scent. I was very disappointed in what I found when I used this new formula. The consistency and the way my face feels is a bit different. The new scent reminds me of a cheap aftershave. My wife has asked me to quit using it because of the new scent. So there you go.

    Just to echo everyone else that did get a free sample, this new formula is terrible. Been using strictly Nivea for well over 20 yrs and this is trash. Hopefully Nivea actually looks at some of these and will take action, go back to the blue formula

    Bring back the old formula

    I have used this product for years and loved it. Recently they changed from the old blue formula and the new version is terrible. It does not stay on your hands, it doesn’t lather well and it does not seem to clean as well either. I’ve had a few breakouts that I haven’t had since using this. Please go back to the old version

    The RUINED this!

    I have absolutely loved this face wash and used it every single day of my life for over 20 years. Now they just sent me the new product and it is absolutely HORRIBLE. It is a completely different color, a completely different texture and has an overpowering smell. I absolutely hate it. I will not be buying this anymore. They have lost a lifelong customer. They better change it back if they expect me to ever buy their face wash again.

    Great men’s product

    Old Formula PLEASE!

    I’ve used this face wash for years and now the formula has changed. It doesn’t lather very well. I wash my face in the shower and the new formula slides out of my wet hands and washes the shower floor more than my face. The old blue formula was great. Please bring the blue formula back please.
