Love these stools!
These stools are awesome. They are sturdy and well made. It took 3 of us 45 minutes to put three of them together. We have cherry cabinets in our kitchen and were worried about the color of the wood clashing but they look very close to cherry wood. They are very comfortable to sit on and are two inches shorter in height then the ones we replaced which is better under our kitchen island over hang. I would highly recommend them. Also, we ordered them on a Thurday afternoon and they were delivered to our house on Saturday morning!

Nice for the price!
Bought 6 chairs for the bar my husband built.They complement the bar just perfectly. The color is almost exactly the walnut color of the bartop. They appear to be sturdy,well built. Took my husband 30 minutes per chair to put together

Beautiful....
Those of you that knocked the quality of these beautiful chairs are nuts. I was hesitant to order these chairs without being able to sit and swivel in them but I was astonished after my husband assembled them. We had 3 chairs and it took him about 2 hours. They are very sturdy and the pad is very comfortable. I was leary of the 'walnut' finish but in all honesty the chairs are more like a dark cherry than walnut. We are very happy with them at our counter/bar. They compliment our kitchen dinette set well.

Need a few more pictures/instructions
The chair came in pieces with one page instructions which seemed simple enough until you need to attach the seat to the swivel base and without much to go on...we almost gave up. Till we figured it out. They look great. Using my Red Card and additional sale is what made these have great value.

Stool has a defect
The back of one chair has the holes for the screws drilled in the wrong place. It's a difficult issue to get resolved with Target and I'm left without a back to one chair. Very frustrating to assemble.

Extremely pleased!
We are very happy with these barstools. They arrived yesterday, much earlier than expected. The packaging was excellent. Each piece was wrapped multiple times. The wood was in excellent condition. There were no scratches, nicks, or chips. The assembly was simple and the only tool required was an allen wrench, which was provided. Once assembled, the stools seem very attractive and sturdy. We felt they were very reasonably priced. We would definitely order these stools again!

This Palmetto swivel stool was delivered quickly, was easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. It's the perfect height for our counter and goes beautifully with the new kitchen. Value, class & comfort!

Mid-range shopper
I was extremely disappointed with the quality of these stools, especially after reading all of the positive reviews. I ordered 4 stools; I had to open 3 of the boxes in order to find enough pieces that were not scratched and/or dented to make 1 stool. Once we finally got that one put together it looked amazing... only to find that it was incredibly wobbly. I ended up returning all 4 of the stools.

Good stools, trouble getting what I ordered, though.
I ordered 3 walnut stools and received 2 walnut and 1 brandy stool. One of the walnut stools was damaged so I had to send it back along with the wrong colored stool. The second time I was shipped two of the wrong colored stools. It took four shipments for Target to get the order correct with the correct colors finally being shipped. The customer service department was very helpful and prompt in working with me to get the order corrected, though. Seems like there's problem with their shipping department. The UPS guy says his truck just automatically comes to my house now since it's been here delivering so many stools. The stools were pretty easy to assemble, are sturdy and look great.
