  • A: AZO Vaginal pH Test is probably what she needed, that determines if someone has a yeast infection or bacterial infection. The AZO Urinary Tract Infection Test Strips will detect the presence of a UTI.

These tests performed together are more effective for detecting a UTI than testing for nitrite alone. As a suggestion, since it might be hard to get a child to urinate on the strip or to hold the strip in their urine stream you can follow our suggested directions of using a clean dry cup/container and dip the strip in there after the child urinates. Instructions are NOT clear

The envelope says Nitrites are on the bottom and Leukocytes at the top. The box shows the EXACT opposite. Please fix this.

Great and convenient. Great that they had this! Catheter wearing . Doctor argued didn't need a test. Was in pain . My brother can't speak much. Frequency and in pain . More than usual. Thank u. Doctor refused to test. And mom wouldn't take him due to doctor advice. After took this they tested him. He had a UTI. Per lab eventually took them. Also doctor specialist insisted Azo will say positive for all test because we have bacteria in bladder. Nope Azo great specifically tests for UTI. After I was told this. Test on myself who is UTI free. Stick was negative white. I too have bacteria in bladder, but it was not UTI causing bacteria. Bro had tested positive three times.it does distinguish between people bacteria UTI causing. Wish doctors would heal like they r suppose to and not be so political .

Pretty much accurate every time we used them

My mom is prone to UTI’s. I purchased them and when I think she has one we use one of these. Results have been accurate every time we have had to test her.

Apparently not accurate

Bought these yesterday because I was having symptoms. All 3 test strips turned purple saying I had leukocytes in my urine. I went straight to doctor only for them to tell me everything is fine. So I just wasted 13$ on these strips that are apparently a scam! Might as well not waste your money. They are not accurate. You would think if every strip turned dark purple that I would have leukocytes and the hospital results showed everything perfect. Don't waste your money these tests don't mean crap.

My daughter tested positive, took her to the doctors. The doctors’ office test showed negative but the lab culture they sent out showed positive. This test is more accurate than the office test and the same accuracy as the lab culture. I retested after her antibiotics were complete and she tested negative as expected. Very happy with this product.

received two false positives with only leukocytes showing coloration. made an appt with obgyn to confirm test results (especially being postpartum). results came back negative. wasted money & time worrying.

We've all been there

If you think you have a UTI, this test is for you. It works at home and gives you results in seconds if you’re feeling if you down there and it’s burning while you pee it’s probably cause you have a UTI honey. It’s OK we’ve all been there if you need to know and can’t go to a doctor right away definitely try this test and go to the doctor immediately to get antibiotics. Hope you feel better love this is the one for you if you have a UTI.

Work great if you’re in a rush to find out results quickly. Just know that if you already have discoloration in your urine then don’t buy these because it will stain the test and you won’t be able to see the result.

Not happy with AZO UTI test strips!

I tested positive for leukocytes with my AZO strip so I made a doctor's appointment and the lab at my doctor's office tested my urine and it was 100% NEGATIVE for any infection. Money wasted BIG TIME. I am not happy!

Only Nitrate result matters

Got this for my daughter because she was having some issues. I decided to take one too just to see if they were accurate. Hers and mine came out the same- purple on top nothing on the bottom. I showed the doctor and she said the top (LEU) is usually just skin cells and it's nothing to be concerned about and it's the nitrate result that matters. My daughter ended up not having a UTI and the doctor said these at home tests are usually pretty accurate
