Waste of money
I bought this product for the first time. I made a dip with it and I had to throw it away. It had lots of tough little fibers from the artichokes. I agree with other reviews that mention tough leaves. I should have bought my usual artichokes brand. I wasted my money on this product and I ruined a perfectly good recipe.

Good option but wishing fir a low sodium or sodium free option
The pieces overall have a good size and hold up well. The flavor is comparable to similar products with the added bonus of being unseasoned. I like to eat these plain or add them to pasta. There is some salt but it's reasonable (I would still like the option of a low sodium or even no salt added option).

Target packing bad!
I never leave bad reviews but this was horrible packing by Target. 2 cans and a glass jar in a large box bouncing off each other the entire trip. Cans both dented bad and jar leaking contents. The product itself is fine the packaging used by Target was unbelievably bad.
