Obviously this is a classic and that hasn’t changed. It’s still a cheap, easy way to dress up your favorite ice cream or whip up some chocolate milk. But I would be remiss if I didn’t say that it really doesn’t taste quite the same as it used to. I can’t pinpoint exactly what’s different (and maybe my tastes have just changed), but I swear it used to have a more milk chocolatey flavor. Now there is a slight sour aftertaste. Again, could just be me or perhaps ingredients have changed?

My family absolutely loves this Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup! It’s become an everyday staple in our household. The lid does not drip, providing a no-mess situation… which is a an added bonus! Plus, the bottle is huge for the price! Make sure you pick this up on your next grocery run!

Hershey’s has been around for as long as I can remember. It’s very tasty with pure ingredients. The texture is creamy goodness. The packaging is very sealed up so no tamping or leaking. I would say it’s a great value for the money.

I use this for making brownies to make a marble in the brownie mix before sticking in the oven. I think it makes it just a tiny bit more moist in those areas, is how it taste. I am a big fan of this when making milkshakes. My family uses it for chocolate milk when we are dipping, peanut butter toast in our chocolate milk as well and that taste good too. The size is great. I can continue to refill my small bottle in the fridge and keep this one out in my pantry fridge.
