    The screw to hold the adjustable leg loosen and got missing

    The screw to hold the adjustable leg is missing after few use. I tighten the screw during the installation, but after few use, the screw must be loosen and dropped somewhere on the street, and didn't found it. It should have a better design so it is not depends on a screw to hold the adjustable legs. Without that screw, the whole kickstand is useless. If you can mail me the screw is much appreicated. If not, at least tell me the size of that screw so I can try to find it from a hardware store.

    Screw way to tight to adjust!

    Just as others have noted. The screw to adjust the kickstand is way too tight. I have spent four days trying to remove it. I have given up. Don't have my receipt to take it make to Target. Will just toss it. Come on Schwinn, do better!!!!

    Impossible to adjust

    “Adjustable” screw comes WAY too tight so it is almost impossible to adjust. Stripped threw screw almost immediately. Not worth the hassle to get it set up even if it does work

    Worst kickstand ever created

    I’ve never purchased such a terrible kickstand in my entire life. This is our second one that we tried and the screw to adjust the height is on so tight that I just crushed my finger with a pair of pliers trying to get the screw loose, and it’s so painful. I stripped the screw with a screwdriver. Had to resort to pliers. I hate this kickstand. Never buy it.

    Passable

    Just got this for a 26" Schwinn bike. It claims it's good for up to a 27" bike. With is adjusted to the longest setting, this just barely keeps the bike upright. Since it's on the longest setting, there isn't much of the upper post inside the lower part, so I assume it'll bend soon. Not impressed with Schwinn these days, and this isn't helping.

    works for my kids bikes

    I used it on 20 inch and 24 inch kids bikes. I didn't have to make any adjustments for the 20 inch bike. I did need to extend it for the bigger bike and just like the other comments the screw was way too tight. It started to strip right away so instead I used pliers to grip the screw head and turn it. Even that took 5 minutes and a lot of effort. But I did finally got it done.

    Did not fit

    Details said "fits most" so we purchased this for my child's bike that came without a kickstand. However, it did not fit. You have to destroy the packaging to open it & unfortunately, we will be returning.

    Great Product!

    This is a great product. It is easy to install, it fits a kid size bike (with 16 inch wheels) and it can be made bigger to fit my son's future bikes. The kick stand is also easy to move up and down so my 5 year old son can easily move it with his foot (the very first time you move it is hard to move but after that it moves smoothly and easily).
