The best thete is. 73 years mostly with Ivory.
This is what I was using from the time I was born. I have endless allergies and dry skin and Ivory does not affect it.The best thete is...and no pkastic containers!

Works but don't prefer the scent

I personally don't care for the scent. Something about it makes my nose itch and makes me sneeze over and over. If it wasn't for that I would like it much more.

Great soap

No longer floats. Less lather!
Disaster. Like when coke tried a new formula, Ivory changed its recipe (at least the bars i purchased in San Diego), and the new bar is hard and no longer floats -- we loved it for camping. Plus, in my opinion, the old formula had more lather! Hopefully they will hear the message and go back to the famous 100-year-old formula!

It has an iconic powder fresh scent that isn’t my personal favorite, but gives a fresh clean without stripping my skin. 🧼 It recently underwent a formula change, switching to plant based cleansers in 2024. It’s cruelty free, paraben/phthalate/heavy perfume free, and no added color. Its super gentle on my skin and lathers up nicely. It rinses away with no film left behind, leaving skin lightly cleansed and soft. 🧼 Its a bit more affordable than Dove bars, and I find them perfect for traveling. Just toss a bar in your suitcase and you don’t need to worry about if the hotel didn’t stock a bar of soap for you to use!
