EEK!
I bought two of these. I set the first one in the sink while I figured out how the spigot worked. Good thing because it broke off in my hand. The second one, too. What a mess 5 gallons of water on the floor would have caused.

Great flavor, convenient dispenser container
Love these water jugs. They fit easily on the fridge shelf. The nozzle is easy to operate. I did find poking a hole in the top to be a bit challenging, but use a large kitchen knife with good results. The taste is outstanding! It’s my go-to water choice. Way better than any purified options (since they’re just filtered municipal water). I will get some mineral build up in my tumbler after several refills. But this comes off easily with a splash of vinegar and some light scrubbing. The jugs themselves are sturdy. Every so often I will get a jug that’s a little less sturdy and the handle will be a bit weak. But it’s maybe 1 in 20 jugs (we buy 4-8 per month).

leaked and ruined everything on my trunk
I bought it and not even an hour later when I went to take it out of my trunk, it was leaking everywhere. My entire trunk and everything in my trunk is soaked. It's also 30° out so I am worried things will get damaged and freeze.

Our everyday water
We always have these at home. I am a water snob and love my ice mountain spring water. This is cheaper than water bottles and uses less plastic.

Emergency water, failed.
Terrible. Bought for emergencies. Leaked all over the floor. Did not hold up (didn’t intend for drinking).

Hit or miss
I rated it highly because I don't usually have problems with the jugs, and they're convenient when you don't want to keep stocking your fridge with bottles. Sometimes, though, the spout is faulty and hasn't been screwed on properly, so you have to mess with it to fix it. This last one won't stop leaking, and trying to tighten it does nothing, so I'm losing a little bit of water to the inside of the fridge each day. Overall, they're usually fine, but I'd advise careful inspection of the spout before buying if you are in the store.

West St Paul store bites
I didn’t have any problem with the water, but I sure did with customer service subpar in West St Paul. The absolute worst.

Flawless leakage
If the main thing you are looking for in a water jug is the ability for it to spontaneously develop a leak these are the jugs for you. I purchased three and they worked flawlessly. For an added surprise, they will spontaneously develop these leaks at random times. For fun!! But if you actually need to store water for Emergencies, picnics, etc. look elsewhere.

Defective spout turned this product into a geyser
I would recommend just buying two gallons of this water instead of buying this jug. The spout popped off while I was trying to figure out how to get the water to come out of it, which resulted in this thing gushing water all over my kitchen like a geyser. It took me almost a half hour to clean up because it was like an actual flood. Until the company fixes the spout problems, I can't recommend this product.

Clean taste
I was a little disturbed when I found out the source of my municipal drinking water. While I do double filter it, I can't get over it used to be an industrial dump zone. Anyway if you're like me and a water snob, this will fit the bill. It's got almost no taste and doesn't leave a weird aftertaste and has a convenient spout. It took a min to figure out how it works but no spills or drips. I'm used to drinking clearly filtered water for reference but need to switch up my water game. If I could I'd use spring water for all my cooking too. Source was important to me which is why I don't drink purified water. I wish they had the 5 gallon jugs that are spring water and that this was a little cheaper but overall it's good.

Pierce to vent
These are great! In order to have them work correctly you need to cut/pop a small hole in the top if the jug were it says pierce vent then it will come out correctly

Great for me... and for the fish aquarium
This is the only water I buy for my fish aquarium… Also keep one of these 2.5 gal jugs in the fridge for my drinking water.

Cumbersome but it tastes fine
It’s water so good there. The dispenser works but creates a vacuum inside the container. Just make sure you tip it back every once in a while to even the pressure inside the container so the water flows faster during use.

Simple Fit
This water jug slid on the fridge smoothly. I pocked a hole in the top so it comes out faster. It would be okay without the hole though.
