Q: So the title says these are vanilla, but the description says it contains a sweet blend of orange, strawberry, lemon and lime mallows. Which is correct?

A: They make both the vanilla and the rainbow types. This post is for the vanilla, I don't see that they have the rainbow type at Target. The vanilla ones are small and are the type in hot chocolate. The rainbow types are much bigger, different shapes and colors, and resemble the ones in Lucky Charms. My wife uses the vanilla ones and adds them to her Rice Krispies. I hope this helped....

Good for baking-- they come out squishy like normal marshmallows
These are great. I put them in cookies. Coming right out of the package, they are crunchy, like the cheap ones that come in hot cocoa kits. After I bake them in the cookies, they have the texture of normal marshmallows. It’s a great product because they don’t disappear when you bake the cookies and like regular marshmallows. So I definitely recommend them for baking.

I think I made the mistake of buying these for easy hot cocoa toppings. They may be meant for baking. On cocoa they just remain hard and plastic-like. Seemed too good to be true. And i was right

Hot chocolates best friend
I love the taste of these and adding them to my hot chocolate in the winter is an extra bonus!  The packaging is also super cute, which I love. I do add a lot of them to my drink so that they don’t dissolve as quickly because with the texture that can happen. I love the fresh marshmallow taste.

I had no idea these existed until recently and was ECSTATIC when I found them. I was always the kid picking them out of hot cocoa packets before making it because I loved them when they were still crunchy. I started making peanut butter cookies with these sprinkled in them and right as I got the recipe perfected THEY DISAPPEARED!!! I'm devestated, they seem to have fallen off the face of the earth and the only ones I've found available for purchase online elsewhere are like $12/shaker! Truly broken hearted over this.
