Just purchased this eye shadow - there were NO applicators in it!!!! I do love this eye shadow quad, but should NOT have to buy applicators!!!!! You must have a quality control issue! Please correct this problem!!

Disappearing applicator- but rising prices
I have been using Maybelline for decades but now I feel I need to change brands after Maybelline decided to remove the applicators from eyeshadow quads- yet not make it known to consumers or change the now wasteful plastic packaging. Your customers deserve a full product. Maybelline claims to cut waste, but the price has not gone down.

Great colors, not great quality
I love the colors in this palette and how they complement each other, but the quality of the powder itself is underwhelming. You have to add multiple layers to be able to see the color clearly, it's difficult to blend, and it doesn't stay well throughout the day.

Bring back the applicator.
I have been using the Nudes palettes for years. My favorite part of a new palette was the new applicator. I thought the last palette I received without the applicator was defective, however I just opened another one and discovered that the tool to apply the eyeshadow is now considered waste. Completely wrong move by that decision maker. It was in fact the best applicator on the market, a good foam, a great shape, solid application. If I wanted to transport high end brushes with me everywhere, why would I do it with a 12 dollar palette instead of high end shadow powders? Bad move, Maybelline.

Applicators No Longer Included
I’ve been using this quad palette of Maybelline eyeshadow for years, but my most recent purchase did not include an applicator. I thought it was a mistake, but when I sent an email to Maybelline about it, I received this message in reply: Thank you for contacting Maybelline. “We hope this message finds you well. We want to inform you that, due to an update in the design of our products, the applicator is no longer included as part of the standard packaging.” I love these colors but will seriously look into a different brand.

Maybelline quad Eyeshadows
Fraudulent packaging. Maybelline NO longer provides applicators in the Quad (4) eyeshadows; but, yet they kept their packaging the same length so the consumer is not aware there are NO applicators enclosed until they are home and open the eyeshadow container! And yet the price has gone up!!! SHAME on you Maybelline!!!! Really????? I will be buying alternative products and NOT Maybelline. You have lost a loyal customer by using deceptive packaging and changing the product without disclosure.

Still no applicator
I purchased this shadow to pack for an upcoming vacation. No applicator. So I bought an eyeshadow brush. Not a big deal but I'm pretty sure one of the photos showed a shadow applicator included. The shadow is just ok. It didn't last a full 8 hours.
