Q: can you make bread without xantham gum? I am sensitive to it and so is my son.

Q: Does this contain folic acid? My family cannot digest anything fortified with folic acid due to MTHFR gene.

    This is not a review on Canyonhouse this is for Target- you CANNOT sell this bread after keeping it in the freezer forever. This was inedible and you should be ashamed at your quality control.     Burnt and bag had holes

    I had 2 loaves delievered to my mother. She said both bags had holes in them as well as the loaves of bread themselves. She also said one loaf was overbaked so much that it was black. When the bread looks good, it's her favorite brand. But she says it has lately been hit or miss. Don't know if this is happening at the production facility or afterwards.

    Disappointed, so I'll stick to my sourdough!

    Super dry and moldy within a couple days of buying it. I understand the mold, it happens sometimes. But this bread is really dry and it’s not (to me) worth the almost 7 dollars. The texture reminds me of cornbread but… kind of tough. It tasted somewhat decently better when used to make a grilled cheese though!

    If I could give this a zero I would. I did a curb pickup and when I got home I was looking forward to using this bread. It was stale tasting and hard. I even tried to toast it, and it wouldn't toast properly. This was my first purchase of a gluten-free bread, so this may be how it is. If that's the case, I'd rather not have any bread. I will never purchase this again

    Get’s moldy super fast. The loaves that are vacum sealed last way longer. It’s a shame it’s great for toast and grilled cheese.

    Good taste and texture

    I've been gluten free for quite a few years now and have tried many different breads, and this is the one I keep going back to. I like all the Canyon Bakehouse products, but the 7 Grain has a hearty flavor and texture that I especially like. It's not just starch like many gf breads.
