    Good stuff

    Really good, somehow doesn't trigger my lactose intolerance if I stay within 1 serving. Inherently a bit sweet, but adding a dash of garlic salt transforms it easily. Despite being skim milk it's still thick and creamy!

    Avoid

    Does not taste or behave like ricotta should. Contains three different gums to thicken what usually requires no gums to thicken. Tastes gummy and weird - not much dairy flavor and gelatinous texture in cooking. Gross. Do yourself a favor and find a different brand.

    Expired almost a month!

    Please check the expiration dates on every product at Target. I just picked up my order and four of the items were expired, including the ricotta cheese which had been expired for almost a month! It's crucial to inspect the expiration dates on every can, bag, container, and box.

    Not good

    Watery, gritty, bland flavor. Don’t buy! If you’re going to buy this brand, buy the whole milk which is slightly better. So many gums and stabilizers added because product is such low quality. Try to buy real ricotta which is increasingly harder to find!

    Did you know ricotta has many uses?

    The best grocery store ricotta I’ve run into. Just came back from Sicily where ricotta is eaten for breakfast as well as in other meals. This brand is so good that it can be eaten spread on toast, topped with strawberries, or even as dessert.
