Q: I have used this razor/shaver for about 10 years and they continue to grow mold in all of the crevices. I have tried cleaning with brushes and mold & mildew sprays to no avail. Please re-design!

A: If you see mold then it’s too old. You have kept it too long. That’s when you need to toss and get a new one.

It’s works well enough but after about 10 uses the electric part stops working even after you change the battery. This is now the second one I’ve gotten and I made sure to keep it out of the shower when I was not using it in case that was causing the issue, but it actually lasted for less time than the first.

Works well for a month, I like many in the comments also used this for the past decade but I will not buy new ones every couple months when my the one before this one lasted me YEARS! (I only used the trimmer). I would not recommend this.

Used to be great
I’ve been using this product for over a decade now, I’m talking since middle school, and this use to be my one and only razor. The past few years, I’ve noticed a decline in the durability & functionality. My biggest annoyance is the razor constantly popping off. If I hit a little curve/angle even slightly wrong it completely pops off. In my personal experience, this used to be a minor issue. Would only happen on occasion and wasn’t that big of a deal. Lately, it happens constantly. It’s gotten to the point where it’s becoming unusable (and this happens with every replacement) Second issue is the trimmer giving out after only a short amount of time. Back in the day, I used to only have to replace the entire trimmer maybe once a year. Now it’s 2-4x because they will not last. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. Not sure if they changed the manufacturing or what, but unfortunately I will have to move on to a different razor.

Would not buy again
This worked great at first, but after a month the motor seems to have lost strength and now the trimmer is unusable and I have to replace. Very annoying, so I will unfortunately not be buying again.

Motor keeps dying
I love this razor but have purchased 3 or 4 in the last few years because the motor keeps dying. Like other reviewers I replaced the batteries and made sure the battery was in the right way. I’m getting tired of spending money to replace it so often. When it works it’s great unfortunately they don’t seem to last very long.

Great when it works but died immediately
I bought this a month ago. Used it once, and now the trimmer function won't even turn on. This is the 3rd one of these that I've bought, and the trimmer function gets worse every time.

Covered in disgusting yellow stuff.
I just opened the box to my razor and found it completely covered in this mysterious yellow goop all over the outside AND inside the trimmer. It smells disgusting. I don't understand why it's like this when the box was closed. Hopefully, I can get a refund because this is disgusting.

Sad, didn't last even 3 months
Love this razor but I got it back in March this year and it died in May. Replaced battery with several hoping I had a couple bad batteries and it won’t turn on. The older version lasted me several years. Guess I’ll be trying something else

Low quality, barely works after one use
I had one of these for a few years, and the motor just wasn't strong anymore, despite cleaning it after every use and changing the battery. I finally bought a new one, and after just the first use it is almost completely useless! When you turn on the trimmer it barely even moves, it barely moves fast enough to trim any hair. I've always cleaned it after every use, and a new battery doesn't do anything, so it's definitely an issue with the motor. Extremely low quality!!

I had a model before this that lasted YEARS. This one I purchased 9/24 and it didnt even last a year before it crapped out. I love this trimmer but not sure I'll buy it again.

Razors are terrible!!
I bought this same model a few years ago and loved it. It was time to replace it and I noticed right away the motor doesn’t sound right. It’s not very powerful and I can tell it’s not handling the volume well. Plus the razors only last for one use unless you want to take a chance getting nics all over.
