A: They are crispy - my family loves these crispy iced oatmeal cookies -- Target is the only place I can find these Archway CRISPY Oatmeal Cookies - other stores carry the Archway brand of oatmeal cookies, but THEY ARE THE SOFT ICED OATMEAL cookie, not the CRISPY Iced Oatmeal cookie that me and my family like

Q: Are there actually raisins in the cookies? They're listed in the ingredients, but from what I recall, there were never any raisins in the crispy version of Archway oatmeal cookies.

Good Before But Now Wildly Inconsistent
Very happy with these in the past. But the latest bag is wildly inconsistent. Some cookies are literally half and/or double the size of others. Many of the cookies just barely have any icing on them. In other words, nothing like the picture on the bag... which shows all the cookies a consistent size and with a consistent coat of icing. None of what I've written is an an exaggeration; I wouldn't spend the time to come here and write this review if this latest bag didn't have major problems. Although slightly annoying, I wouldn't have been all that bothered by the widly different sizes but so many of the cookies having very little icing on them was the straw that broke the camels back. I'm truly baffled how this bag of cookies could have passed quality control at the factory. Indeed, it now has me worried that Archway may not even have quality control scanners, people, or procedures in place. Which means I'm not sure I can trust buying their products again. Such a shame... these used to be so good but are far from that now.

If I could rate this cookie zero, I would because it is nasty. It’s dry it has not a lot of flavor and if she’s overall a waste of your money.
