Directions: Slice Portuguese Sausage into 3/8 inch slices. Pan fry on medium heat for 5 minutes each side until golden brown. Serve with eggs, rice or hash browns. You can also dice our Portuguese Sausage and add to chili or spaghetti recipes. Enjoy.
