The screws for the back were very difficult to install.

Love this chair! I purchased it before my daughter was born and she is a little over a year now and we still enjoy rocking in it together. I have pets too a cat and golden retriever. No pet hair clings to it and neither one of them have ruined it yet. So this chair was a win!

The bolt did not line up, where you attach the back of the chair with the bottom.

For the price, I think this is a really great chair. I am 5’4 and it fits me very well.

Was delivered in two days. Easy to assemble. Good size, firm. Does not squeak or make noise so far. Great product for the price

It was hard to attache backing. I had to hammer it. make it fit.

this chair was uncomfortable in every aspect. the fabric was scratchy and felt similar to fiberglass on my skin. I had to put a blanket over it just to nurse my baby. the angle of the chair back made you sit in an awkward position and had no cushion, felt like leaning against a board. it also hit against the metal frame no matter how slow or controlled you stood up. so after getting my difficult sleeper to fall asleep in my arms would be all for nothing when the chair would clank and wake them up.

We bought this chair for our nursery 11 months ago and we love it. I remember seeing the bad reviews and being concerned but it’s been the most comfortable chair. No squeaking, easy assembly, good price point. When we travel and use other rockers we miss ours!

This chair lasted through both of my kids and still looks amazing. It's had so many things spill on it (throw up, milk, you name it) and nothing stained. Super comfortable too. Highly recommend!

We bought this with plans to use in our nursery prior to moving, we finally moved it in this week and it’s already “off its rocker”. Something mechanical is broken and it folds back to far rocking, clicking & also dented our new wall. There isn’t a source to chat with customer service about this and the return window is passed.

Liked the chair at first, it's pretty and comfortable, but didn't take too long for the chair starting to make a very loud noise almost every time we rock on it. Started having this issue every now and then but now a few months later it's absolutely impossible to use it without the noise. We tried to turn over the chair to see what the issue is, but seems like all pieces are in place and we can't figure it out how to make it work without this noise! Very upset to have to buy another one since this one is expensive to last only for this short time.

Started creaking about a month after use. My husband has tried everything to fix it. I've tried reaching out to Delta Children and have had no luck. Do to the loud rocking noise I can barely rock my baby to sleep.

With my first kid, I bought a wooden rocking chair secondhand for $20. It was fine, but it wasn't particularly comfortable and started squeaking, which is terrible for putting a baby to sleep. This time around, I vowed to not be so stingy and actually get a nice comfortable glider for the baby's nursery. When I started researching, the styles, prices, and reviews varied vastly, and I had no idea what direction to go. This bulky item is also not something I would want to return. When I saw this glider at my local Target and tried it out, I decided on the spot I would be getting this one. The price is reasonable, it's comfortable and roomy, the height is perfect for my short legs, and the tufting makes it look so luxurious. I used the my 15% baby registry discount to purchase it, and got a great deal on the purchase. I was reading reviews as I was awaiting my package and started worrying about some of the negative reviews. It was delivered to my house within a week, and my husband moved the pieces upstairs into the nursery. Set-up was really quite easy - it took me, at 33 weeks pregnant, less than 30 minutes to set it up by myself. There was minimal finagling required, and it fits my space perfectly. There is enough room for me to sit along with a roomy breastfeeding pillow. I can't speak to the stain resistance of the material yet, but it feels comfortable, and the color complements the nursery beautifully. I'm very pleased with this product and am excited to use it often in the upcoming months.

Just assembled this chair. Assembly took all of 5 minutes. The chair is more firm than expected but swivels and rocks well without making any noise. I wish it had a reclining option, but I purchased it knowing that. I would recommend buying an ottoman with it. I will also need to add a pillow to the lower back area. Overall it looks nice and is what I expected so far. Will update if that changes.

The back angle is so uncomfortable, getting in and out of the chair is extremely difficult, let alone with a baby in your hands. The base is the chair is high enough of the floor, you could accidentally get your heels under while getting up. My heels are cut up from the many times that happened to me. Horrible chair

Very poor quality control. The threaded inserts do not align to the slotted holes in the bottom and were not put in straight. The bolts cannot be installed. Seems others have had this same issue as well.

The chair looks great, was easy to put together, and is comfortable, however, the chair arrived broken. It makes very loud clicking noises and falls all the way back to where the back of the chair is sitting on the ground. When I returned this, Target staff indicated another person had returned this item for the same reason earlier in the week.
