The Memphis Coat Tree & Umbrella Rack is perfect for your front entry way to hang your coats, hats, or storing your umbrellas. The stand comes with four double hooks near the top and storage rack that makes the base. The open slat design allows umbrellas to quickly dry and is equally sectioned off into four quadrants at 5"W x 5"D x 17"H each. The double metal hooks are made of zinc alloy with satin nickel finish. Coat tree is made from combination of solid and composite wood in cappuccino finish. Assembly required.

Fell apart in less than a month
It was a bit difficult to put together but looked great and was sturdy for a bit. The middle coat hanger part loosened a lot and fell apart. The pole is screwed in with no structure. For $74 that's very disappointing. My old $20 coat rack was more sturdy than this.

Just what I wanted, a little hard to assemble though
It's perfect! I wanted a coat rack that had umbrella storage but wasn't too big and this is just that! This coat rack doesn't take up a lot of space but still holds quite a bit. It is a little lacking with only 4 hooks, but I just hung up a couple things on one hook. I've seen that some reviews said this was easy to assemble, but I did not have an easy time. That is probably a me issue though lol

I was very disappointed with this item. After reading the reviews I thought it was a good buy. When I got the item I opened the box and started taking out the pieces. One of the poles was already chipped. The particle board was not real wood as somebody had put in their review. I returned it. I was not going to pay that much money for something that came in damaged. Was going to repurchase it, however if it was already chipping what makes me think it won't easily chip again with normal use. No thank you.

Sturdy and doesn't take up much space
The only issue we had with building it was which direction to put the pole into the base - accidentally put it through the wrong side since the "Made in" sticker was stuck to the wrong side. Pushed the screw out by accident and had to glue to make it work but it's still ended up being very sturdy in the end! I also own the matching bench made by the same manufacturer and it matches the color perfectly in my hallway.
