No compression except where it grips at the ends. Left marks above and below the knee while being loose around it. Bought a smaller size hoping for compression but there’s none. Like wearing a piece of yoga pants.

I bought these for my mom as she has very bad knees ,bone on bone with difficulty walking, and she said they are helping so much. They help her knee feel more stable and provide good support. We tried several other knee sleeves/braces and she said these are the only ones that work!
