A: It does contain coconut oil, but the vast majority of Maui Moisture products contain no sulfated surfactants. We currently advertise these products as “SLS free” because they do not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). Nice texture
At first ai was hesitant because the smell seemed strong, but my daughter liked it so we gave it a try and I’m glad we did. It’s a great value for money product. Packaging looks really nice too.

I’ve been using Maui Moisture Nourish and Moisture + Coconut Milk Conditioner for a while now, and I’m really impressed! This conditioner is fantastic for hydrating and nourishing my hair. Smells incredible like coconut and not the fake stuff and using it leaves hair very moisturized. Even after hours my hair still smells like coconut without being overwhelming .The package is also very pretty.

Stripped and dried out my hair so badly that I could not brush it out without losing hair. Luckily, I had some back up deep conditioner that I could apply on to get all the knots out. I do not recommend!

Nice Scent, But Could Use More Moisture
I recently tried the Maui Moisture Nourish & Moisture Conditioner. The smell is absolutely amazing—like a tropical coconut paradise—and it stays in your hair for a while, which I love. As for the conditioning, it did provide some moisture, but not as much as I had hoped for. My hair felt a bit weighed down, and I still needed to use a leave-in conditioner afterward to keep my waves from feeling stiff. It did help with frizz, but I was expecting it to really hydrate and soften my color-treated hair more. Overall, it’s a decent conditioner, but if you have dry or color-treated hair like mine, you might want something a little richer.

DONT PUT THIS ON YOUR HAIR EVER
I used this product at first for boosting my waves on my hair until I slowly start to realize that every time I used this shampoo large chunks of my hair was falling out. Which was a shame since I worked really hard to grow my hair long, the ends of my hair was so damaged I had to cut my hair into a bob. I definitely would not recommend this product EVER.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this conditioner! I has an amazing coconut smell and gives my hair a healthy shine. A little bit goes a long way so the bottle lasts me for awhile. I use the shampoo also. In my experience, I find that a lot of shampoos/conditioners give me split ends, however, this does not which was a nice surprise! I use this exclusively now. Great product, texture and value for the price!

Very moisturizing
Normally I use crème de coco from bumble and bumble. But with inflation I thought I’d try something more affordable. This product is pretty comparable. This is a bit thicker and more hydrating. And bumble and bumble smells like pure coconut, while this conditioner smells like coconut plus some other tropical fruits. The consistency is very thick and the bottle is hard to squeeze, so you’ll have to leave this bottle upside down. And the best thing is that I have an oily scalp and this conditioner doesn’t make my scalp oily, yet it still conditions my hair well. There is one issue - I have wavy hair, but this conditions so well and makes my hair so silky, that my hair loses its waves. It might just be me, but I thought I’d mention it.

Must have for tangled curls
This conditioner is awesome!! I have very curly hair and sometimes go 3+ days before I detangle (usually throw my hair up in a bun) that being said this conditioner has great slip which easily detangles my curls. Additionally, the smell.. is AMAZING smells great but not so strong that it gives me a headache

Soft and good smell
Very hydrating and moisturizing. I love the scent and the packaging is so cute. I leave it in my hair for about 5 minutes to act as a hair mask and it’s extremely effective. Keeps my hair so shiny without looking or feeling greasy
