I’ve been using this kettle bell for a month and I can already lift the backend of a Volkswagen with one hand. Perfect, as advertised. The padding on the kettle bell really makes a difference in terms of storing the bell when not in use. I keep my multiple bells in my car. The bells with no cover are often to hot or too cold.

Love it's padded

Having had a recent double hip replacement surgery this piece of equipment helps me do my PT excercises. I do it barefoot so I'm glad it's padded.
