A: DIRECTIONS: (Adult) For daily maintenance, take four (4) Liquid Soft-Gels in divided doses. For more immediate response prior to intimacy, take four (4) Liquid Soft-Gels one hour before activity. Do not take more than four (4) Liquid Soft-Gels in one day.

Works better than expected!!
I have been in menopause for 11 years. Our love making had lost some of the sensation and zing it used to have. We are both fully in love and attracted to each other, but without the hormones my body used to make, I wasn't feeling it the way it used to be. I took the recommended dose of this, waited one hour and shazam!! I felt revitalized and my sensations were back. I've used it at least 10 times now and it not been a disappointment. I highly recommend this to anyone that needs that extra sensation boost. This has been a life changer for us.

This menopausal woman approves!
Supplements are often hyped and do not deliver what they advertise. I research mine online and also pay close attention to how they make me feel. This one has promise. I notice a distinct difference between when I take it and when I do not. When I take it, I have more energy; my libido does seem to be more consistent (whether this is due to having more energy, I still haven't figured out); my workouts go well (I lift weights); and my sleep seems more restful -- provided that I take it early in the day and not in the afternoon or evening. I will continue to purchase this product. For reference, I am a 53-year-old woman in good health who exercises daily and is going through menopause. I have used this product for about one full year.

Helps with Energy & Stress
I’m in my late 30’s, and I don’t think this supplement has really helped with my libido. Although I haven’t tried taking 4 capsules at one time as it suggests on the bottle. But I continue to buy these because I’ve noticed that they help with energy and stress. When I take them, I feel a little calmer (which is much needed as a stay-at-home mom during this pandemic). And I don’t feel quite as tired during the day. I wouldn’t say they’re a miracle supplement, but I’ve noticed enough of a difference to continue purchasing them. I typically take 2 in the morning and sometimes another 2 in the afternoon/evening. I hate taking pills, and although these are fairly easy to swallow I wish you could get all you need in just 1 or 2 capsules/day instead of 4.

Getting stronger everyday
I am 62 & I am being treated for Polymyalgia. I try to be active, but I was having trouble doing a simple pushup. After just taking 1 a day for 2 weeks I am up to 20 pushups. Can't wait till I can do 50 again.

Good but waiting,
This product is giving me extra energy, which I really appreciate, but I have not tried the 4 pills one hour before intimacy, so I cannot say how it works in that area yet. They are really good, but waiting to find out about the other!

I am 42 years old and have definitely seen a decrease in my libido. I am completely in love with my significant other and find him super sexy. However I just wasn't feeling the same "down there" as I used to. I used to want intimacy all of the time but in the past year my interest has waned. I was becoming concerned and was going to ask my Dr. if there was anything I could do. I decided to look on Swanson first and I'm so glad I did! I noticed a difference right away! Without going into detail I will tell you that It significantly increases sensitivity and pleasure. I highly recommend this product to any woman who wants a little boost in the bedroom!

I was browsing through the libido products, though I always enjoy "our time" even after 35 years of marriage.--Always interested in adding a bit of spark. My question--WHY are husbands rating these products? Trust me, I'm highly "old school", no feminist bone in me except that which makes me love being the woman the Lord made, but I object to guys rating the efficacy of these products. Mostly effective
Bought this product for my wife. It seems to be helpful in getting her in the mood. A good positive mental attitude goes a long way. As a supplement this product does give a woman an extra edge.

My wife loves this product. She follows the directions on the bottle and she's more sensitive, responsive, and has more libido. She does often combine it with other herbs (e.g. catuaba, muira puama), but the product itself is great.
