NOT 100% Black Castor Oil
This product packaging is intentionally misleading, in my opinion. The packaging says "Black Castor Oil" (BCO), with no mention of other oils,"Original" which infers that it's not a blend, bars on the fact that this brand also makes stated blends, and even says 100% natural, all things, I believe, to mislead the consumer into thinking it's 100% exclusively black castor oil. Please don't waste your time on this product, go somewhere else and get the 100% real BCO, which is thick and nourishing. Additionally, this product has carrot, which leaves things orange. I'm a conscious consumer and still missed that this wasn't 100% BCO, even not purchasing the brand next to it...because it wasn't 100% 🙄 This is so obnoxious! And, just a head's up, to the other commenter, "Jamaican mango and lime" is the brand name, not the fragrance or added ingredients.

Not black castor oil
This is not black castor oil. Black castor oil is thick and has a slightly nutty burnt smell, and the oil is somewhat dark. This product has some unknown castor oil that has been thinned out by various other oils including soybean oil and canola oil. I bought this online and didn’t see the label. I was shocked to see how runny it is. Wasted my money.

Smells sooo yummy
I found a 3 step video on TT recommending this for normal to dry skin. @vanilla_swirlxx. She uses the bioderma gel cleanser, then double cleanses with the la roche posay effaclar (I use the medicated one for dry skin) but she uses the blue bottle, then mix a tiny bit of vanicream with some castor oil and baaaaabyyyyyy my skin looks PLUMP, glassy but not oily, and so soft moisturized. I think I’ll keep this new skin care routine.

Great oil treatment!
It is a heavy oil with a gold color. If you have very corse hair small amounts could be used daily. I have a mixed hair so I use it with my hair mask for an extended time, and it helped to keep my hair hydrated. I suggest putting plastic bag on hair as the gold color transfers.

Changed formula
They “updated” the formula and it’s not good anymore. I’ve been using this for 4 years now and when I saw the new packaging I thought that all it was was new packaging, but I compared it to an old bottle I had and they changed the ingredients. Leaves my hair so stringy now, so not like at all.
