Nightmare Before Christmas ReadAlong Storybook and CD - by Disney

The pictures in the book are literally blurry screen shots from the movie.. it looks like it was a project done by a high schooler. Could’ve don’t a lot better with this. The reader on the CD was not as bad as I expected.. but this is a no for me. My 5 year old son even told me to return it.

My daughter is a huge NBC fan. She is also an avid reader (well, I should say an avid listener, as she is only a beginner reader). Being a busy mom, I have days when I just don’t have the time to read a lengthy book. My daughter loves being able to listen to her story while following along with the book. I enjoy it because she is able to not only see the words, but hear the way they sound when read aloud. Overall, I’d say it’s a win/win.

Not that great - mediocre at best. Images appear to all be lifted from original media so they are blurry. Also, content wise it is very simple which means it's lacking the real story. Compared to other storybook CDs in our collection - this is at the bottom.

Great story! Love the CD with sound effects!!
