Just hope you never have a flat tire.

This is the worst if you need to change a flat tire. Terrible. I can’t believe how poorly made this is.

Can't find inner tube replacement

I've been struggling to find the right inner tube for the back tire and everything I enter in search does not match so my scooter has been sitting for over 5 months I even tried calling and got the answering machine every time and no call back I bought this item from Finger Hut and I am still paying it off and I can't even send it back to them. This is no way to run a business.

Broke in one month of use

Broke in less than 1 month of use. Super big waiste of money as I bought it for Christmas and it was past the 90 warranty by the time of even using it.

Lasted 5 Months - Would not Recommend

Like many others, my daughters scooter lasted 5 months before the batteries went out. They use some extremely cheap batteries in these scooters. When removing the batteries to install new ones they were swollen and stuck together. Potential safety issue.

My dad bought this one for me after I saved up for the petite one IT IS AMAZING!! it goes So fast and the brakes are great. The color is so pretty and it fits me and a friend very nicely and if your looking for a good summer VERY MUCH NEED!

We love this scooter

We ordered this after a cheaper version from Santa crapped out after 1 month. The razor brand is much more reliable and has a lot more power. It is built sturdy. I had bought the purple one years ago for my oldest and it lasted over 10 yrs. Bc of that and having a bad experience with cheap brand we came back to razor and we are so happy we spent a little more. You really do get what you pay for. 7 yr old is in heaven and the little streamers are so cute.

loved it till it didn't work

We bought in 2/24 and my daughter loved it. There's a whole crew of girls in the neighborhood wiht the same scooter. The battery gave out about 10 month in and we replaced (all the other girls had the same issue around the same time). Then at 13 months the back tire had a leak. The other girls haven't had an issue with the tires yet. I really don't want to replace the back tire but I really don't want to buy a new scooter either.

Dead battery

Do not buy. Battery won’t hold a charge after very limited use. Can’t return and Razor just wants to sell us a $75 replacement battery. For a $300 scooter I expect a lot more than that. Very disappointing.

Battery sucks

I bought this for my niece a little over 2 months ago & the battery is already shot. it won't work anymore & is now just taking up space in the garage. For $350 i would expect more than 2 months worth of riding. I'm not happy & don't recommend wasting ur money. I should've listened to the reviews but really wanted to make my niece happy. so disappointed.

Poor battery life

We have had it for a little over a year. Stored it away for the winter because we live in Michigan and now the battery doesn’t hold a charge. It barely goes a block on a full charge. Very disappointed for how expensive it is.
