A: We recommend installing the shelf into a wall stud for stability and weight capacity support. If no wall stud is available, the three wall anchors should be used and spaced 17.20 inches apart.

Floating wall shelf
The material of the wood isn’t the greatest. They way it holds into the way isn’t well at all not sturdy.

Worked out perfectly for what I was wanting. I’ve moved the items on the shelf several times in the last 24 hours and it’s holding strong. I used the anchors to mount it. Came perfectly packaged with no cracks or scratches. Sturdy and looks nice. I did not notice a tilt up or down when mounted. It was perfectly flush with the wall.

Beautiful, cost friendly shelves
These are great shelves at an excellent price. We purchased two of these for my daughters doll collection, so not very heavy items, I would not use these for anything heavy. But if your items that you want to display are on the lighter side then these shelves are an excellent choice.

Pretty but not strong
The shelf is pretty. However, if you want to display books or planters, please swing for something with more weight capacity. I think I am at roughly 8 pounds and the brackets are already giving way. I would recommend if you are not planning to put anything with weight to it on the shelf.
