Handle broke off after a few uses

The perfect carryon! I love how lightweight it is and the smooth flow of the spinner wheels.

Cracked near the wheel after only a few airline trips over the course of about 2 years. Do not recommend.

After three years the handle completely broke off. 10 year warranty? How?

This suitcase was good up until the point where the wheel broke. I contaced Target with no luck in resolving the issue and then American Tourister customer service to find out they have NO AVAILABLE WHEELS in stock for replacement (but the wheels are available to make new suitcases just not repar them). I was then told by customer service I could have the item repaired by completing a service repair form only to find out I need to take the luggage to the nearest repair center which is over 100 miles away. Shame on you AT. I am more than willing to pay for a new wheel and replace it myself but you want me to buy a new piece of luggage. Not likely to happen. Other than the wheel the luggage is in perfefct condition.

This is a great carry on suitcase. Took it on a 6 day trip to New York and not only packed it full on the way there, I was able to add more on the way back because of the expander. It fits so much! I added a set of compression cubes and it was the perfect combo for my trip.

Delivery was on time , product is better than expected

They gave us a used suitcase for Target pickup order.

Already falling apart after only 2 years of use

Oh my gosh this suitcase is amazing. I have an 8 year old that apparentneeded to pack for ten days instead of the 2 we would be gone. And let me tell you, this suitcase fit EVERYTHING. Best purchase ever!

I purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas gift in December 2023. The outer shell cracked in less than 1 year (or maybe 3 uses). I contacted American Tourister, filed a warranty claim, and took it to an authorized repair shop, only to be told it was not covered and could not be repaired. Very disappointed in this brand and based on this experience, will not purchase another.

The security beeper was still on the case when it arrived.

I’m really disappointed in this suitcase. I stood in the aisle of target for probably an hour researching my options and reading reviews. I was so excited about this purchase. I bought the lavender carton and it was beautiful! I loved the inside organization and found it to be lightweight and spacious. However, it is NOT durable. Within the first few uses, the slider on the expansion zipper broke off, rendering it unusable. After a lot of back and forth emails, I got American Tourister to mail me a new zipper slider. I spent several hours unpicking the seam, rewatching the slider with pliers, and sewing it back up. I thought it was fixed and resigned to never open the expansion ever again. But, the next time I overstuffed the suitcase a little bit, the expansion zipper split open. I decided to just use a luggage strap. But then came the cracks. Each time I checked this suitcase, it came back with another crack. Eventually one of those cracks was around the base of one of the wheels. On my last trip, as I was passing through the metro gate, this wheel completely ripped off. Luckily, I was almost home. I contacted customer service again, but the warranty ONLY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS! This is so important to mention because one of the reasons I chose this suitcase was the belief that it would be under warranty for these kinds of issues. If this was durable, it would have been the perfect suitcase. I REALLY hate creating waste and now this suitcase is trash. Unsalvageable. Unusable. In less than 2 years of pretty light use. I’m so disappointed.

I have owned 5 of these for over a year and have used it on 50 plus flights. The zippers are like butter and they roll so easily. You definitely get a bang for your buck because they fit so much! I was able to fit 5 winter puffer coats in the carry on size no problem!

The zipper to the expandable part broke right after we got to our destination. I was unzipping the expanded part when it broke. It wasn’t over stuffed and should have been easy to zip and unzip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suitcase works very well. It is quite large and can only be used as a checked bag on a flight, but it has a lot of space inside with opportunity for some organization and it can fit like 2 weeks+ of clothes for me. The wheels roll quite nicely and it makes it very easy to maneuver.

Item arrived with store security alarm in place and no way to remove it. When touched, the obnoxious alarm went off and would not stop. It’s currently in a bag in our garage overnight still screeching away until we can deal with it once stores open again. Sloppy work.

Handle broke after only a few months of use. more worth it to invest in better quality for this price point

I went on a a couple of connecting flights last summer and the handle literally broke on my second flight to my destination. So I had to carry it up and down the streets in Europe. Maybe I just god a bad one, I was able to return it but definitely not worth the money.
