Who Knew a Dog Could Write a Book?

Not having read the author's other dog-centered books nor seen the popular movies already out that are based on these novels, I thought it was about time to discover for myself what all the fuss was about. As a person who has rarely lived longer than a few months at a time without a dog in my life, I was immediately drawn into the narrative which was told from the perspective of the main character--the dog! If you've ever wondered what your dog thought of some of the many things we as humans do you should read this. If your heart is easily broken by humans who don't place a high value on relationships & companionship, you might want to skip this read. However, there is an overarching story of love & loyalty that will give the intrepid a sweet reward. Now maybe I'll go see the movies!
