Sadly disappointed
I purchased this set January 2023. I love the look and it seemed very sturdy. However, the finish on the top to the table started peeling off. I don't use harsh chemical - just water to wipe down the tabletop. A leg has broken off two of my chairs in the same exact spot on each leg. I bought the chairs because they seem sturdy. I was told by the extended warranty people they won't replace the chairs (broken legs are not covered). They won't do anything about the tabletop because it happened two months prior to me reporting it. After all this - I don't know if I would recommend this set. It seems there are others that have issues with the table finish.

TERRIBLE QUALITY - BROKEN LEG AFTER ONE USE
LEG BROKE AFTER BEING SAT IN ONCE!! Ashley REFUSES to replace chair. Chair is BEYOND REPAIR. WHERE IS THE QUALITY CONTROL?!? Extremely disappointed with Ashley refusing to replace. They’ve lost me as a customer.

Nice sturdy chairs
One of the chairs legs is shorter had to put 2 pads under it and it still is a bit short on that side and one of the holes was steupped where the screw goes in so my husband had to fix it. Otherwise the chairs are well made and sturdy

Chair legs break
Front chair legs break easily by scooting forward. A 160 lb person. The legs are two piece with a dial pin between them. I have had 4 legs break in less than a year. BEWARE!!!!!

Extended warranty
I typically do not purchase extended warranties; however, 3 years ago I did. I had to utilize it due to the chair leg breaking and it was a great experience. Once the warranty folks received my information and pictures; they replaced my chair quickly.

Very poor quality wood used in construction
Do not buy. Very cheap and low quality wood product from Vietnam. Originally purchased 6 chairs. 3 chairs have had legs break off with very lite weight. Upon review, it appears the soft wood used was rotted at the core. Ashley was kind enough to replace al the legs for free. Great looking furniture overall, but very poor quality wood used in the construction.

Not recommended. Poor workmanship and quality
This product is absolutely not recommended. The chairs are made with poor workmanship and wood quality. We purchased 6 and within a month had 3 chairs with broken legs. We learned that the lets are not one solid piece of lathed wood. Instead they are two pieces glued together. The wood is horribly soft and easily splits. To make matters worse, Ashley doesn’t stand behind their products and forces consumers to work through a 3rd party that doesn’t want to fix the quality issues. After many conversations, we were able to obtain new legs, but had to wait 6-8 weeks for them to arrive. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR THE WARRANTY ASHLEY PUSHES>

Nice chairs
I ordered 4 chairs . Three were perfect one was a wobbler chair very frustrating because it was off quite a bit. My husband was able to fix it with some foot pad things. I do like the chairs I also have the dinning room table and four other chairs . Everything matches nicely
