Nasty Bitter Burnt Flavor
First time trying these and they are not only EXTRA toasty dark, they also taste bitter and burnt! We love normal and the extra cheesy but these are a big fail!

Slightly Toasted not extra toasted 💀
Although the box claims they’re extra toasted, they never are. Regardless of where I buy them, each box I’ve purchased has been SLIGHTLY toasted not extra. I expect the cheez-its to look like the picture on the box in terms of toast. Instead they’re only a tad bit toasted and taste the same as the originals.

I gave them 3 stars because they are cheez-its and were good but the box of extra toasty cheez-its I bought weren't even toasty. They were regular cheez-its with a few random toasty ones (and I mean a few). I see from reading the comments that this is pretty common. They did get eaten and I didn't think to take a picture but I won't be buying them anymore, too expensive to just be taking a chance.

Thank you, these Cheez Its are by far THE best thing ever extra toasted, I love them so much they are so delectable, I eat them one at a time in order to savor that extra toast. There must be a secret ingredient, not only are they the perfect amount of 100% real cheeze but they’re toasted with care. Trust me when I say that these are a savory delicacy.

Cheez it extra toasty crackers are garbage. Like they sorted out all of the burnt misfires out of regular production, wrapped them up and sell them as “extra toasty”. Don’t waste your money on these quality assurance failures…they taste exactly like what they are…burnt quality assurance failures

Disgusting flavor, lost loyalty….
Been eating Cheez It since at least the 1970’s. These are disgusting. Too much fake flavor blasted on them. Just use quality cheese, bake the cracker longer, and take the artificial spay tan (flavor) off. I feel like these taste like a fake, salty, chemical, citric acid (that burns the lips and mouth) toxic mess.
