Is this one a mistake?

Apparently, these are being marketed as "nerdblock exclusive" some places, calling it his "modern look". This manufacturer also sells a non-Simpsons figurine with two interchangeable heads for the two different looks. I'm not entirely convinced these ones aren't mistakes, as every drawing on the package shows him with glasses and a mustache. When I ordered it, I didn't notice from the little picture on my phone that the figurine is missing them. Apparently, the shirt is the wrong color, too (I'm colorblind). I'm guessing that's why these sell for $20'ish while those with the mustache and glasses go for $40+. Still pretty cool, but just looks a bit off.
