Finishing Touch Flawless Women's painless hair remover. Remove flawless cap, slide the switch located on the side of the unit upward into the "on" Position. The light will automatically turn on when the unit is "on". Gently press the head of the unit flat against your skin. The unit should not be on an angle. Precede making small circular motions to remove unwanted hair. Note: it is normal for the head to become warm with use. A: Installing / Changing Battery • Remove the FLAWLESS® cap. • Grab the upper section of the unit with one hand, the bottom half with the other, and pull apart to reveal the battery chamber. • Place 1 AA battery into the compartment, making sure the positive pole (+) is facing the bottom of the unit. • Slide/snap the unit’s bottom casing back into place.

Motor doesn't last
Newest version is horrible, and you can't get brand name heads for the older version. The generic heads really weren't satisfactory, so I bought a new 4.0 6 months ago. Motor crapped out this week. I thought it might have been the battery so I replaced it, but it's making horrible noises and doesn't shave anymore.

I could not find the Original hair remover for the face, Bought this, Big disappointmet.Seems to "yank" out the facial hair. When it grows back in it feels stubbly. Bring back the old!

I bought this razor many years ago, maybe as many as 8 years ago. I finally used it, the battery probably was dying but I got about 10 good shaves out of it before the battery died. I never cleaned it and never had long hair, just a few days, but I am male. It's great, I am looking to replace the battery now.

Do not buy!
I have used Flawless products for years but the new Flawless Face model is horrible. Does not get rid of hair like before so disappointing. Not buying again because it does nothing now. Whoever is making your products is ripping off your customers.

It does remove hair, but in the same way a razor could. I would say that this product is more gentle on skin than a razor so that’s a plus. But definitely don’t expect a perfect shave from it, because it’s not that. It’s not an awful product, but it’s definitely overpriced for what it does.

What happened?!!
Please help! This device doesn't work after changing battery though the light comes on, and there's a charge. Triangle is lined up. Is there a way to contact customer service? Otherwise, worked great...when it was working. So frustrating!

Good hair removal but, short lived device!
I have bought many of these in a short period of time because they don't last very long. I bought them before they claim to have improved that product and then I bought the new version and I have to say I prefer the old version with the option to use replacement heads and the new version doesn't even come with a brush. They only seem to last a few months or less. The last two I bought were only a few months apart because the first one lasted like a month and then the second one lasted a few months. I think they do this just so you will keep buying more because they do actually do a decent job of removing facial hair but, I'm not going to go keep buying these for them to only work for like a month or so.

Doesn’t work as it should
I’ve used this for years. While it’s better than not using anything, it doesn’t truly remove the hair, it pulls hairs, sometimes the heads don’t fit properly so they fall off mid-spin. It’s very disappointing.

Nothing Like Advertised
"Pain free, smoother, prevents irritation." None of those come to mind when I used this product. It's obvious that the product works to some degree as some of my peach fuzz is gone and there was hair in the chamber once I was "done", however a large portion of peach fuzz is still there. I have PCOS so some of my hair is a little thicker than just peach fuzz and it did not touch those much. My face feels stubbly and irritated as well as very dry. This ring light did not really assist my shaving but for someone with darker hair it might have. It did not cause visible cuts or blood but it did cause pain here and there as it snagged on some of my hairs or pinched my skin. It was very easy to use, if the product had actually worked it would have been a good product.
