Description

This cable supports up to 5amps of power output for powering and fast charging of phones and tablets equipped with a USB Type-C port. Bought the 1m cable

Well, it worked great for about a year, then it stopped supporting my monitor today. I just upgraded and bought the 40gbps thunderbolt cable hoping that it lasts a bit longer. Until that point, no big delays (a little noticeable, but not bad). It's still charging my macbook pro and connecting the keyboard, but the monitor isn't detecting it anymore. the computer was still trying to put windows on the monitor, though, so it was a bit weird. My setup is that I have a macbook pro connected to a doc that runs one external monitor & also connects my custom keyboard. I didn't think my setup was too demanding, but I was proven wrong. Still, for ~$20, it lasted a little over a year.

Does the job well

I have a monitor that doesn't work very well with a standard 6-foot USB-C cable, specifically I sometimes have to disconnect and reconnect it after the laptop wakes up from sleep. This shorter cable improves the situation dramatically.

Ends are squared.

The ends are squared off instead of round like every other cable so it does not fit into the USB C slot correctly.

Looks stout

I ordered this for my Pixel 4XL. It's as good as the oem one, which a lot of cables are not. It's nice & thick too. Looks sturd.

Great cable perfect size (0.5m)

Works great which is all I really care about. The cable is a little stiff tho and the housing for the plug is a bit bulky. Personally that doesn’t effect what I’m using it for (MacBook Pro to external hard drive) but maybe it could for someone else for something else. Waiting for the 0.5m black color option to be available to order more.

Great usb-C cable.

Cable works perfectly connecting a Dell Inspiron laptop to a multiported hub. The cable keeps the Dell charged and also connects to a monitor, four usb 3.0 ports. Very satisfactory product.
