  • A: it might be ok for your puppy, but an Australian shepherd will outgrow this bed pretty quickly (its only 17 x 17, so pretty small). it's great for my 7 lb chihuahua, though, and really cute!

Flimsy, will return

Flimsy side walls that fall outward when my dog leans on it. I bought similar type at Target 7 yrs ago and those walls sturdier and still doesn't collapse when my small dog leans on it . Too bad its no longer made

Well padded, warm, held up in wash

I have a feral cat I trapped for TNR who needs medical care so have him set up in several crates. I purchased this because I've tried several beds and he wasn't interested in any of them. I like this hat high side so he could feel like he was hiding a little bit from me but also looked very cozy. I put the bed in and in no time he was in it. This is the first time I've seen him look comfortable.He seems quite content albeit still very skeptical of me. I even caught him making biscuits in it. I washed it on delicate in cold water and tumbled dry on low. The shape held perfectly. It's well padded, warm and hopefully it'll keep its shape down the road. Super happy with it. I purchased the small as the larger size wasn't available.

Bed has lost its shape with weekly washing

Purchased this bed for my senior rescue Shih Tzu. He likes the bed. Unfortunately with washing the bed weekly with a senior dog it has not held up well and has lost its shape so it’s off balance for the poor little guy. We air dried it hoping it would retain its shape.

The interior of this bed sheds like crazy and is not safe for dogs to consume, which they will. The bed is also annoyingly off balance so only effective for a dog that takes up the entire thing otherwise they will tip in it.
