    Rectanular Step Can

    I really like this 45L Step Can! It's actually my third one that I purchased. I orginally bought it years ago in a shiny black finish and when I went to get a new one, that color was no longer available. So I decided to get the stainless look and it's so nice. I love that it's not too big, it's the perfect size for my kitchen. I highly recommend this can.

    Came with a dent in the side that I banged out. The sent for the freshener smells like old trash to me. Maybe I got one from a bad batch. Will use a different scent pod in the future. Easy to clean and is otherwise sturdy.

    Replaced my old one

    We love this trash can. After eight years my old one groaned every time is closed. The company was true to its warranty and sent me a new one. Glad to have this full sized, quiet, and easy to clean trash can in my kitchen again.

    Squeaks When You Open It

    I’ve purchased this trash can several times in the past, but this latest version is noticeably different—and not in a good way. The company appears to have cut costs by removing the metal top, yet the price remains the same. The main reason I’m giving it three stars, though, is the constant squeaking. It squeaks every single time it opens. For a $100 trash can, that’s incredibly disappointing. At this price point, you expect quality—and having it squeak with every use makes it feel like a poor value.

    Bought this garbage pail in August, 2025. The back part of the lid recently cracked and pieces came off. I have taken very good care of this garbage pail and no one but me uses it. Very disappointed and will be calling the manufacturer. Would not recommend.

    Simple and sleek

    Finally changing out my SH butterfly dual bin. I did search other brands but ended up staying with SH. The pedal is metal so you don’t have to worry about it cracking unlike many other competitors.
