I'm honestly surprised there are so many favorable reviews of this product. The gluten-free part is dry and grainy, worse than most gluten-free products I've tried - and that's saying a lot! But it's the raspberry filling that made it inedible. It tastes SO artificial and has a pungent smell like a cardboard glue. I could only eat three bites. The rest is getting chucked in the trash unless somehow I can get my money back from Target or from Nature's Bakery. HARD PASS.

Yum! Better than Fig Newtons!
I'm new to the world of gluten free foods. So as I was looking around for snack type things, I came across these. I sort of like Fig Newtons so I figured I would give them a try. WOW! These are sooo yummy! The addition of raspberry is really great. I am really pleased with the taste & great texture. I was a little put off by the calorie count (210 calories in a serving seems a little heavy for a snack bar?) but upon opening the package I found there are two pieces and I think they are reasonably hefty. I would be happy splitting this one package with my husband for a little after-dinner treat. They are a little pricey but I did the math and they are less expensive than the gluten free fig bars at my local grocery so as usual I'll stick with Target.
