Q: What's the largest body size this'll fit? I'm looking for my husband for an event. He's 5'9", 230lbs with a big belly. He wears an XL to a XXL in shirts and a 36-40 in pants under his belly around his hips.

A: Hello Jenna, Sorry for the late response as we just attained access for customer inquiry response. You have probably ready made other arrangements but we still wanted to respond to your inquiry. This costume is one size fits most/standard. Chances are it would not have fit your husband as most standard costumes fit up to chest size 44", Waist 36", inseam 33" which falls somewhere between a men's Medium and Large.
