If I recall, this soap used to have sticks and thorns in it. Just tried it again and it appears to now be infused with sand and shards of glass. Rubbing this soap across my skin is torture. This soap would be perfect if it didn't have stuff infused in it because it lathers great and smell phenomenal.

Are oils from Soap greasing up my drain?
I have noticed that the hair catcher at tub drain is now clogged and greased over using this soap. This is the only change in daily washing, adding this soap bar. Is it the oils added? Anyone else noticed a greasy accumulation by drain?

Exfoliating
The soap has a nice, though very mild scent, but I cannot tolerate exfoliating soaps, even on my hands. It is not labeled as exfoliating, but it has rough little granules in it. The only thing on the ingredients list that sounds like the granules might be is olive seed powder - but it does not feel like a powder. I wish the label had indicated that it is an exfoliating soap.

Bought this as part of an online order expecting it to have a woody, musky sort of scent. Lesson learned, I am never buying mystery smelling soap again. It smells like Ivory soap but wayyyy more pungent. The soap stench has overtaken my entire apartment. I've opened windows and still can't escape. It has been over eight hours. It's as if the soap was the U.S. military and my apartment was a middle-eastern country it wanted to invade for oil. Nobody should have to endure this level of Ivory Soap Smell. It is actually unbearable. I didn't even get to use it because the thought of having that smell on me made me feel genuinely ill. Anyways. Perfect gift for someone you hate that HATES the smell of ivory soap.

I have been using this soap for over 6 months. At first, the exfoliating beeds were a suprise. Some people describe it as a bad experience, but I didn't find it bad at all. I guess it depends based on your skin sensitivity. I have a mixture of oily/dry skin, so this soap was perfect as it didn't leave my skin feeling dry. I love the exfoliating nature of this soap. I really feel clean and fresh afterwards. Something I dislike about it is the size. 6oz might be a bit hard to use in the shower. I have tried breaking the bar in half so it is easier to handle. It lasts for up to 2-3 weeks). Overall, it is one of the best bar soaps that I've tried. I wish there were different sizes though.

Addicted to This Soap!
I'm absolutely obsessed with this soap! The scent is so fresh and invigorating. Not only does it smell amazing, but the exfoliating texture leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. I love how gently removes dead skin and, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Honestly, I stock up every time I'm at the store, buying 3 or 4 at a time. They seem to fly off the shelves, and I don't want to risk missing out!

Painful experience
When you take a shower, you want to have a moment to relax and take care of yourself. You won’t have this experience with this soap because it will scratch your skin like crazy, leaving scratches like you have been attacked by a cat. I went back to the box to read if there was any hint of this being an exfoliating soap but nothing is there. I wouldn’t even have bought it if I knew it was an exfoliating soap. Bad and painful experience.

No scent ?
This soap has nominal scent ? If anything it smells like Ivory soap , which I can't stand . The soap itself has very good leather . They don't really specify that it is an exfoliating soap . Upon further looking into description of this , it specifies that it has Olive seed powder in it so I guess that is the little brown specs in it ? I don't mind the exfoliating part of it . I just can't get past the non scent / Ivory like scent .

Exfoliating
I didn’t see anywhere in the package that this product was abrasive or exfoliating. My husband has super sensitive skin and really didn’t like this bar. Ive been using it because don’t mind it, but I don’t normally use bar soap.
